Ryan McGreal is a Family Law Barrister who accepts briefs across all areas of Family Law.
Prior to joining the Bar, Ryan was Special Counsel at a leading specialist Family Law firm and was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star in NSW Family Law from 2023 to 2026.

Ryan’s extensive experience in Family Law includes complex financial matters involving property alteration, spouse maintenance, contested valuations, third-party interests, trusts, and corporate structures. Ryan has worked alongside some of Australia’s leading valuers and commercial, taxation and accounting professionals.

Drawing on his previous experience working in the mental health and drug and alcohol sectors, Ryan brings a considered and practical approach to parenting disputes. He regularly acts in parenting matters involving international and domestic relocation, recovery of children, and serious allegations of risk and family violence.

Ryan accepts briefs to appear in mediations and arbitrations, and in litigated matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia across all city, suburban, regional and interstate registries.
